Сморя с каких трекеров качать, если с задротного какого-нибудь, то можно радоватся что ваще качается... А с нормальных у меня по 300 кб/с качает - даже выше чем с большинства файлообменников...

Big.Fish.Audio.Hip.Hop.And.Soul.Guitar.Loop.Pak.MU LTIFORMAT-PAD там вроде и wav должен быть, а там мля файл под 750мб с разширением bin 1 на 1кб с разширением cue/

биение сердца можно из барабанов сделать на которых lowpass фильтр стоит.

экг можно попробовать нарулить через элементарный синтез треугольника или пилы.

Тут поройся и вооббще сам на этом сайте повтыкайся в поиск по ключевым словам heart, hospital, cardiac, cardiac monitor, ECG и другим относящимся к твоей теме.

Открывал я их просто тоталам, это образы дисков. Не получится пробуй алкоголем или ещё чем.

ИНСТРУКЦИЯ по распаковке HipHop.Tools.Mad.Fx.WAV-DViSO, HipHop.Tools.Urban.Warfare.WAV-DViSO, HipHop.Tools.Secret.Stash.WAV-DViSO!!!
У многих возникли трудности, судя по вопросам! Пример распаковки одного архива, остальные распаковываются таким же образом!
Все действия происходят в ТОТAL COMANDER'e. Так вот, у вас есть исходный архив, например hhtMF.rar. Нажимаете на нём правой клавишей мыши -> Извлечь в текущую папку -> вводим пароль www.magesy.com
После выполненых действий появляется папка HipHop.Tools.Mad.Fx.WAV-DViSO. Внутри её множество файлов части архивов r00, r01, r02...b т.п. Среди этих архивов есть dv-htmf.rar. Нажимаем на нём правой клавишей мыши и извлекаем файлы. Файлы собираются из частей в одно целое.
Теперь у нас есть папка dv-htmf, в которой 2 файла dv-htmf.bin и dv-htmf.cue. Распаковываем с помощью винрара файл dv-htmf.bin. У нас появляются 2 папки. Одна с .wav, другая дублирующая с .aif
Удаляем .aif. Пользовать вы их всё равно не будите. Вавки используюм как one-shot'ы.
