Kim “Baby Girl” Kenner, Tanya “Jazzy” Kenner, and Dion “Diva” Devouxtheir, also known as H.W.A. (Hoez Wit’ Attitude) dropped their debut album in 1990, as a female answer to what was going on in West Coast gangsta rap. These 3 girls from LA by way of Chicago were doin the nasty female thing way before people like Lil’ Kim ever touched a microphone. A very rare album that has the N.W.A., west coast sound of the late 80s/early nineties. Why would a female group come out and directly bite what N.W.A. was doin at the same time, you ask? Because Hoes gotta eat too!
