Joint I produced off Buff1's "The One & Only" Mixtape in 2005. First off I already know by this time..Cormega & Fat Joe and countless others already used the sample...lol. Anyways, I was hype when I first made this, but then I wasn't gonna use the beat. I almost threw it away until Buff came over one day and said..we'll if you ain't gonna use it..LEMME GET IT!! haha..I said cool..Buff asked Guilty to jump on the track. It was crazy to get Guilty on the joint! There ya have it..BANG!!
