As Wayne’s manager hinted to yesterday, Lil Wayne will be dropping a mixtape before the year’s end; on top of the “heavily auto-tuned” I Am Not a Human Being EP LP (September 27th). And according to DJ Drama, it looks like it’ll be the fourth installment of Wayne’ Dedication series.
