you just translate from russian to English word-by-word.
it is wrong! Word order very important in English grammar.

In russian you can say

-Я хочу спать
-Я спать хочу
-Спать я хочу

and in English - ONLY "I want to sleep"

"tell us how need?"
wtf? "Скажи нам, как надо" - in English this phrase is impossible. you need to write something like that - "tell us how to write properly"
