I am on the Nas board over half a year and there was nice discussion about "niggaz"...
Thoughts vary, in the hoods there are lots of spanish, puerto-ricans and even white men who called theirselves niggaz. Nigga is not equal to "nigger"
One man posted "I saw many times how blacks told white cops: "I ain't doin this, nigga. I ain't sellin shit, nigga"" Times changed.

But I agree, when white or whateva called black "nigga" this is total disrespect. I typed it sometimes on forum and EVERYBODY (they know that I'm Russian) told me to stop this. It's aint right, and I agreed with it...
