Man, I don't say, that ALL New York stuff is better than ANY other hip-hop... Outkast is from Atlanta, but they r fuckin talented guys, Pac, Daz, NWA - tight examples of West perfection...
I'm talkin not 'bout this, man. I'm talkin 'bout distinctive NY style, instrumental samples, lyrics that make u think over and over, just that vibe in the air... Artists I mentioned above just exclusions from the law.
