Ras Kass: Usually when I do these records, it depends. For instance, Institutionalized Vol 1 has Young Buck and Chamilionaire. This one was going to be a DJ Whoo Kid mixtape, but has Lloyd Banks, Mobb Deep, Khao (producer of T.I.'s Why You Wanna?"), 40 Glocc, The Alchemist and my artists on it. Sometimes people put you a position where it's hard to eat, so this record is expressive of what I'm feeling at the time.
