the track is not made by neptunes, but samples used in it ( african drums, electic guitars and shit) make it sound like one... anyway, the beat is nice, i personally would've added a little more punch to the kick drums... plus some kind of a snare or handclap would've been usefull
i just dont dig the singing on it....
