SOLO in the lab...workin on album!
For those of you that have been askin about when they're gonna get to hear some more DJ SOLO production, the time will be approaching soon! I'm currently in the lab working on a collection of beats for a DJ SOLO album.

The format is strictly hardcore! No weak-ass, coffee shop, lounge, hippie-hop, or sped up soul choruses, and dudes with dreads in capri pants and sandals talkin about love and peace and how we need to save hip-hop, fuck that! This shit is gonna be evil, dark, head bangin, horror movie, punk rock, stab a muthafucka in the neck, DJ SOLO beats. On top of that, I'm dustin off the old microphone and you're gonna hear ya boy SOLO droppin some hardcore rhymes over the beats. That's right! Before I was a DJ, I was an emcee (Rappin since 1983!!! Whutchallsuckazknow!). Right now it's in it's early stages and I got a few beats in the can, and I'm workin on more. I might even have some surprise guests on the album, so keep your ears to the streets and expect to see some video as well.

Хотя, относительно микстейпа или не микстейпа, приставка vol. 1 даёт понять что это летящий щит, возможно FM как раз имел в виду то, что в декабре появится заключительная часть микстейпа, т.е. я говорю про 2ю часть, которая появится в декабре Но это ОЧЕНЬ мало вероятно нах

микстеип, я почти уверен . а микстеип от фм"а выидет позже.

1) 2 sides to every story
ok, this was a great way to set the mixtape off, loved bacardi's intro........lyrically, jack rips it to shreads....only complaint could be that the instrumental was also used early this year by blunts lla, so it already sounds familiar to me.......the SS version tops blunts version tho'......
jacks second verse is ill.....

2) committed so deep
one of my favorite tracks, hands down......everyone fucken killed it..............jacks verse is once again ......one of my favorite on the whole album.......word to bacardi on the hook....PA sounds too tight wit jack.........i think him jack and chase should do a side group, they mesh together so well............favorite line goes to cynic........'fuck my cousin man i hope he get hanged/ even tho that we fam man, that dude was a rat!'......hell yeah!!!!!!

3) fuck cane
dope mixtape song........cynic has deffinately grown since steel storm......his verse is rediculous......anyone who can identify sum of these instrumentals they used will get props from me.....

4) see the light
again, a very consistantly dope song, the beat fits cynic and jack well.....cynics first verse was impressive, but jack murdered it on the second verse...."i trip when i see my brother breathing thru his neck'......damn..........

5)sovereign states
great beat by cynic & st louis.....well rounded song, quality throughout

6) ten wheel drive
dope, ill bill fits nicely wit SS........great chemistry, la coka should be dope......nice steve o intro....one of cynics best verses IMO, but jack FUCKING KILLED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........some straight moving thru streets shit...........

7)heat
my least favorite cut just cuz the beat and appearence by ya boy doesnt seem natural........not wack by anymeans, in fact jacks verse is very ill, but in comparison to the previous track its not may fav...........still light years ahead of anything any other mc is doing..........

coneccion del ano
dope spanish joint wit sinful.......as dope as you would expect.........some pedicaso music fo sho

9)one love
great fucken song, jack once again mureders it........great, great hook, and great, great verses......one of those cuts that inspires me to step my shit up or just stop trying.............

10)surprised Im alive
i know it sounds repetitive, but another incredible track and production by cynic..........yet another example of why chase should do an album wit jack.........even defari stepped his shit up from his garbage ass street music album..........he actually spit a hot verse remaniciant of his focused daily style

11)not guilty
some mosh pit shit.........reminds me of streets up.......FM, keep doing hooks!!!!!!!!

12)decade of dope
great instrumental to bust over.......great mixtape styled track, jack & cynic killed it once again........all this consistantly dope music is sumthing i got get used to again.......is it 95' again?..."who was smoking kush wit the doors at the whisky"....great throwback hook, makes you wonder how incredible it would have been if duke did it

13)life of a drug dealer
jack over one of rza's dopest beats and gza's best songs............hear it for your self and tell me jack aint as good or better than anyone doing it right now...............blown away when i first heard it, the way he flipped it was classick and paid tribute tho the classick original...........i would love to hear gza's response to this version

14)CIA murder me
best hook on the album and makes you want jack and cynic to do a whole REAL album together.........bound to spark debates on who came better, jack or cynic..........i cant call it...........chase also did his thing, but was overshowed by two of the best verses on the album

15) they say nothing
dope mixtape song. cynic came off, didnt really like the hook tho'........still dope fo sho

16) chart music
made me wanna burn down the capitol records building......great hook

17)grapples of war
better than the beatnuts use of ther beat........now this is cynics best verse on the album, maybe ever..............didnt like donnie castro tho'..........great pic of instrumental, fits them well

1children of the night
dope, dope beat, maybe the best OG beat on the album..........great way to end the album/mixtape..........

well.........those are my two cents, take em or leave em'.........dare i say that i think the terror tapes is better than sickside stories(!?).........best album of the year thus far IMO........anyone who disagrees wit anything i posted can eat a bowl full...........peace

Черт... аж захотелось диск заказать после прочтения Жаль с деньгами проблемы нынче.... Смотрю у этого чела в ревью любимая фраза "jack FUCKING KILLED IT"... Очень хочется, чтобы это соответствовало действительности... хмм... после Sickside Stories я так же был несколько разочарован =\
