what's up soldiers, recently i've been away from this site that many of you took a lot of time and effort to put up, and i am sorry for that... but i promise i will be more active with it as i have in the past.. i'm closer to finishing the solo album as far as tracks go.. i will keep working on new one's regardless of how many i already have because you just never know what you're gonna come up with at the end.. so i thank everyone for your patients... i'm not gonna say who produced what because we haven't picked all the final cuts and i don't want to say something now that comes back to haunt me so i'll wait to announce who... i will tell you now that it is not gonna sound like a cypress hill record and i hope you die hard fans understand this.. it's not going to be a commercial or pop record i just mean in terms of production... it's not a cypress hill record and muggs has not produced anything for this album.. the cypress hill album comin after my record has to be distinct so i don't want any similarities in these records.. i'm doing something different but it's definitely hip hop... no rock joint on this album... i will save those types of joint for something else... so bare with me and know that i wont let you down... i thanks those who got both mixtapes, and for those who haven't got it, go get it and spread the word about it..

now about the vato the song; since it's been talk about in a positive respect and a negative... people can have they're opinions about it and if you like it it's cool, if you don't like it, well that's cool too but a lot of people don't realise the problem goin on out here in LA with black and brown.. now if you're a banger from either side chances are there will be no way to convince you to not hate eachother unless god himself comes down from heaven and tells you to put it to rest... so i know how it is.. the game you get caught up in has rules and regulations and if you a banger and you break these rules and regulations,, you get delt with quickly by your og's.. so because of that, those people are unreachable for now.. only some know in their hearts that it's all bullshit but the can never express it because it's ride or die... but i tell this to all those who ain't bangin that our on either side.. it doesnt have to be that way for those who aren't caught up in those politics.. that's who this song is for .. correction it's for anyone who it can reach... obviously the song isn't talking directly abou the issue but if you see the video you get what it's all about... it's about us riding together.. it use to be that we all made money on the street with one another untill things happened in the jail system that broke that tie... kats that grew up together, played high school sports and all that had to become sworn enemies... shit has changed for the worse and the fucked up part about the whole thing aside fromm all the kids and innocent people dying from this lil war is that it's only going on here in LA... At least at the level that it's at.. so i say this too you, if you're not a banger don't get caught up in this,, the shit snoop and i have done was to ease the tension and to bring some unity to west coast hip hop like the eastcoast kats do.. yeah there are some lil beefs here and there but the west coast had never had unity within all of us that do hip hop.. so far snoop and i to do something together was big on these 2 levels.. hate us if you think we're whack but don't hate us for doing something positive for our coast and both are peoples.. anyway i think that's enough said on that...

now as far as the cypress record goes,, we're lookin to try to get it out by late next year.. prodiction will be a lil different but i think you will be suprised and pleased.. but again i will say nothing untill the right time so that i don't put my foot in my mouth... but i can promise you this,, we will give you one of the best records in our career and in hip hop.. it will take some time, it might even get pushed back but you won't be sorry you waited.. we're keepin it rollin inspite of whatsomeone in this band has said..we have a lot of music to give you still and we won't stop until we feel we have no more or that you don't want to hear it any longer. we dedicate ourselves to you as always....
