Now this is interesting! My Buddhist friend e-mailed me this picture on 17 April 2012, with her commenting :

It could be a coincidence of it copying the people around it, or in a more 'Buddhistic' assumption, as further stated in the mail:

This bird might have been a believer of Buddha in its previous life.


Reincarnated as a bird this time, it still remembers how to pay respect to and repent in front of Buddha. We should treasure being as a human in this life. Be mindful of our action, speech, and thought. Observe precepts diligently. Not to be sorry after losing this human body.
